Mid Life - A Time for Change and Support

Mid-life can be a time of growth, learning and flexibility fun and freedom. Having a support system during transition can help avoid all the tension and suffering that can happen to people existing in our youth-oriented Culture. Mid-life and the physical and emotional issues surrounding it are often approached with fear, confusion, and a handful of prescriptions for anti-anxiety drugs, sleeping pills, painkillers, and synthetically produced hormones.
