Holistic Practice Overview

A Holistic Practice means the person is treated as a whole, both physically and emotionally. It also looks at ALL areas of a persons life, without relying only on obvious physical symptoms. My Practice is made up of Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Work (similar to Reiki) and Commonsense Counseling on Exercise, Nutrition, and Analysis of daily habits and routines to identify the physical causes of stress in your daily life.

Acupressure

"Holistic Acupressure” (meaning the person is treated as a whole both physically and emotionally) is a form of pressure massage using fingers and hands that combines aspects of Japanese (Jin Shin Jitsu) and Chinese Acupuncture Theory, with Energy Techniques somewhat similar to Reiki, to help release blocked patterns of energy in the Body.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy, based on the research and findings of John E. Upledger, is a gentle hands-on technique of loosening stressed areas in the connective tissue in the body by gently manipulating the body at certain key areas with both hands, following the bodies own natural rhythms.
