My Practice is made up of Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, and Energy Work (similar to Reiki). It is a Holistic practice, meaning the person is treated as a whole, both physically and emotionally. It also looks at ALL areas of a persons life, without relying only on obvious physical symptoms.
Consists of an Analysis of daily habits and routines to identify the physical causes of stress in your life. This category also includes information on Exercise, Nutrition, Supplements, beneficial teas and other resources to help you maintain calm and balanced vitality in your life..
Classes consist of the Seminar “Sailing Through Midlife” as well as a Drop-in Tai Chi class and a Chi Flow Class that includes Chi Gung, principles of Grounding, Balance, and Movement, Chi optimization and Tai Chi Dance. I am available to show you some Chi Gung or Tai Chi exercises immediately preceding an acupressure session.
